Good place to learn new things for a Junior position

During the onboarding, you will never feel left behind for they will give someone you can shadow with in order for you to familiarize their workflow, no pressure on like the first 3 months. Does not demand too much effort, team respects your effort estimates but you need to justify it why. Projects are very diverse as well as the teams, you can be part of a team focusing on airlines, logistics, etc. Overall, it was a good place to learn and improve your skills professionally.
Cons
Salary and benefits can be a little bit of downer, but if your focusing on having an experience and learn new things, this might not be an issue for you.
