Pros

Great franchise owners and a committed team at corporate office. The workplace location at the beach in Ft. Lauderdale is great. Parking garage is a plus.

Cons

Not sure of the future viability when the company isn't opening new locations and many of them are closed each year. Ongoing litigation with franchise owners is not a good indicator of future success in my opinion.

Fast paced, so time passes very quickly. Ability to work with many clients.

Cons

Corporate doesn't understand the problems that the franchises have. No real career advancement possibilities.

Pros

Decent first job, and bonuses are nice to have at Christmas.

Cons

BCT Indianapolis makes employees work OT, but then take longer breaks to get rid of it at the end of the week. The same amount of work is supposed to be done on the shortened days.
