      Pros

      Design quality, camaraderie among staff

      Cons

      Employees not adequately valued. Staff retention low. Scant staff face time with partners creates confusion, frustration and affects productivity. Lack of transparency into firm workings. Lip service towards being family-friendly but in fact personal time such as vacations and family leave are barely tolerated. Staff is assigned blame for firm inefficiencies that originate at top level. Expectation of responsibility with no authority. Partners' manners, and respect for staff: simply appalling.

      Pros

      The staff and employees are all great people. They strive for greatness in architecture and design and have many nice projects.

      Cons

      The partners are not respectful of their employees and are micro managers not allowing the people who they hired to do their jobs to actually do their jobs.

      Pros

      Too much work. The firm is very busy and has great clients and interesting projects to work on; owners are nice people and are interested in clients' and employees' happiness; salaries are average to above-average for the A/E profession; average benefit package; lots of food perks and no shortage of snacks; energetic and friendly co-workers who like to hang out socially.

      Cons

      Too much work. The firm is very busy and everyone is kept very busy; a few co-workers have attitudes; not enough face time with Principals.
