VERY horrible management The co-founder is VERY unprofessional. He cusses, yells and screams at his employees until they cry. Salaries are a joke. It depends on how close you are to the CEO and Founder. Sometimes a fresher would get a higher salary than a senior that's how messed up management is. Very understaffed in the finance department, accountants are ridiculously overworked. 8 employees in the finance department quit in less than one year, everyone refuses to stay. The company gets in a lot of trouble and lawsuits due to poor management. NO appreciation whatsoever. HR forces your manager to lower your performance rating for no reason. Toxic work environment.
