Pros

People are great. Having bread available for breakfast is nice. Good social events. Good clients. Good location. Good transport links.

Cons

No management. No progress reviews. No guidance and support No juniors in creative is really a problem. Happy to work for months without charging clients. Seems to be a fear of clients. Bad budgeting and forecasting from account management. The office space really needs to be sorted, compared to other agencies it isn't an appealing place to work. Open plan space is nice but you can hear up to 3 different lots of music playing at the same time, can get very loud and distracting.
