      - Very solid research skills - Opportunities to study various industries

      Cons

      - Long hours, very long, average getting off work time is midnight, 5 days a week - Almost no meaningful interactions with co-workers, people tend to stay within their small circles; Partly because employees are too busy to talk to each other - Don't feel respected and valued by the company

      Pros

      Potentially high compensation when the market is booming and your performance tops But I do suggest consulting the prices of psychotherapy first to see if the compensation can actually compensate for it.

      Toxic culture Long working hours and always demanding in projects No training for new analysts at all Too much dirty work No work-life balance at all
