      There are no pros to this company

      Cons

      Micro managed, no empowerment in the team, very clicked management. The company does not invest in its employees. They offer no training but then have unskilled owners to come to give you a day training. Managers in place have no business skills and no professionalism. Management has an open door policy meaning everyone and I mean everyone has full disclosure of your business. They look to set you up for failure. They are a mom and pop business but have no idea what they are doing. What they only care about is money. Employees are last on the totem pole.

      The owner is a narcissist who changes upper management as frequently as seasons! No job stability or security, upper management frequently changes polices and procedures on a weekly basis. There is no HR department, if you complain to upper management about the treatment received you'll be terminated! Unreasonable deadlines.
