Pros

The people you work with, only positive perk currently as they are only thing that boosts the morale in the toxic environment

Cons

Sheer lack of leadership, support, and professionalism displayed by a member of senior management in a department where it is crucial. It appears where they could fulfil their responsibilities, they instead put pressure onto the rest of their team with no consideration for their mental healths, everyone from the outside looking in can see the stress the team are under but no one seems to care. The person has a blatant disregard for workload, more concerned in their personal interests and seen by many of us disappearing for lengthy periods of time. Shopping bags are often left downstairs to hide where they have been. It is common knowledge to everyone in the office but seems to be accepted even when the company is in administration. You can hear the senior management talking how they need "pretty girls" that are presentable and wear make up, clear discrimination.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very disappointed to read that you feel you are not having a pleasant experience at BE Offices. We are also deeply concerned to read about the matters you have raised, as we have not received this feedback internally. We do not find your comment to be a true representation of the company, its people or its values. Should you still be employed with us then we invite you to speak to your line manager or HR so we can promptly address these issues.

Pros

Nice people to work with in the wider business Some Good employee benefits

Cons

The business is very biased, you will only be promoted based on likeability, not on competency to do your job. People are punished by HR for discussing very obvious issues - instead of resolving whatever the issue may be, its overlooked because of blatant favouritism & corrupt management. An Example I saw: A Senior Member of staff was caught out on many occasions being unprofessional and incompetent at their job, doing next to no work and pushing everything onto their team, mostly the Manager of the team, it was plain to see as everyone in head office would point it out however there was never any action made to change this. Senior management should be an example to others in the business to strive towards, however BE directors hire their family or friends more so than qualified professionals. Anyone with an original opinion is suppressed and told to fit into a certain "BE" Mould or is pushed out due to feeling so unhappy in work. There is 0 integrity from most people in the business, who all talk behind eachothers backs but act nice to eachothers faces, feels as though no one is genuine.
