Working at BE&SCO Manufacturing has been an incredibly rewarding experience! As a family-owned company, there's a genuine focus on creating a supportive, collaborative culture where every department works hand-in-hand. One of the things I love most is how roles here often span across multiple projects, encouraging everyone to lean on each other for support and collective success. The company truly goes the extra mile to make employees feel valued. From celebrating birthdays with special treats to organizing elaborate team-building events, BE&SCO ensures there's always a fun and positive energy in the workplace. They even go all out decorating for holidays, making it a joy to come to work during festive seasons! I’m particularly proud to be part of the small but mighty Marketing Department. Though our team is small, we’re entrusted with a significant amount of creative input and have the opportunity to make a big impact, not just for our department but across the entire company. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be given the responsibility to help other departments thrive, and I love contributing to BE&SCO’s continued growth and success.

One challenge of our work environment is juggling multiple projects across different teams, which can sometimes get a bit hectic. But it’s also a great chance to grow and learn, especially if you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented space.
