Pros

There are no pros of working for BEAR Scotland. Appalling company to work for.

Cons

Under extremley poor management. Staff treated unfair. No representative or union. Takes over 2 years to obtain 1 ticket. Awful working hours..... expected to work more hours than legal. Management do not care about their employees physical or mental welfare. No support. Unsafe vehicles PPE isn't up to standard You are not given the appropriate paperwork before employment. A monkey could do a better job than the current management! They pick and choose their policies. Appalling company to be your employer... No respect for their employees. Christmas bonus........ A £20 Tesco Gift Voucher! Only if your face fits!! Lies and cover ups constantly. Spoken to like a naughty child. The only way they find to obtain anything from their employees is to try and blackmail them. The stress of working for this company is most definitely not worth it.

Pros

Work was very good and varied Great colleagues

Cons

Very understaffed, huge staff turnaround in general. Don't feel valued. Having to do 2 peoples work for not enough salary, generally poor salary compared to competitors. Treated like a number rather than a person, as long as the work is going out the door that is all that matters. Little support for professional qualifications. No training courses. Needs a full management change, working in old ways still. Very much a if it can save a penny attitude.
