Pros
Pay is good if you sell, health benefits, paid gym membership, training, advancement, coworkers are fun, upper management, and out reach chances.
Cons
Everybody sells regardless of job title, not paid unless you perform even during training, use your own car and not paid for gas unless you reach certain goals, door to door, hours make it hard to have life (Mon to fri 12 to 845pm and sat 10 to 4 pm).
