      Besix is probably the company you want to avoid if you want to work as an expat.

      Pros

      To be honest, it is hard to see any pros. There are a lot of promises in the beginning to push the employees to work abroad, but nearly nothing is followed.

      Cons

      Working as an expat, the compensations and benefits are extremely low compared to the efforts and sacrifices which are demanded. There is no work/life balance. In addition, employees experience a total lack of career development opportunities.

      Not very good culture Pay is very low. They exploit you for lower pay if they can Some of the members of top management are extremely arrogant and don't even talk to employees at lower level of hierarchy
