Pros

I work as a contractor with the federal government, working offsite at the clients location. This company cares. It's smaller, but offers benefits that are better than more of the last jobs I had within the corporate world. The CEO and leadership wants the employee experience to be worth it. They treat everyone with respect, great perks, and are quick to jump in whenever needed. They really impress me. My Direct report is just awesome. And HR is amazing. She's so nice- and always quick to answer questions.

Cons

The normal cons for federal government- especially with this administration. Furlough risks, etc. Re: work life balance- I'm only giving it a 4/5 out of stars but it's not their fault. Federal workers have to come in- no more remote or hybrid. This has affected contractors all over- and can cause difficult situation if you were hired in as a hybrid.

Pros

Their IT provides technical support as needed to remote employees

Cons

Read the prior review "Run don't look back". This is a vicious corporate management team.
