      Pros

      Betao is a company that has evolved significantly in recent years with the arrival of a new CEO. A culture of trust fosters ownership, allowing everyone to contribute to the company's success and evolve within the company. Betao cares: Numerous benefits are offered to employees to contribute to their well-being (including + 5 weeks of vacation, pension plan, health insurance, and subsidies for sports activities). Furthermore, the new offices offer a warm and high-quality work environment, and the flexible office policy provides optimal working conditions for employees. If you're parent, Betao is definitely the place to work. The company provides a family friendly policy allowing you to adapt your work depending on your family duties.

      Betao is currently in a growth journey which makes some of the team a bit understaffed in my sence.

The team is diverse and international (France, Sweden, India, South Africa, Belarus, Russia, Turkey, US and more), which creates a rich and inspiring work environment. Great colleagues, a collaborative mindset, and central offices make it a really enjoyable place to work.

      Pros

      I've had a very enjoyable experience working at this company. The atmosphere is genuinely pleasant, and the team is made up of friendly, supportive colleagues who are always willing to help one another. There's a strong sense of camaraderie and good vibes all around, which makes coming to work a pleasure. The open-space offices are located right in the heart of Stockholm, which is super convenient and adds to the overall appeal. The company culture emphasizes kindness and well-being, which is reflected in the many benefits offered, including friskvård, an extra week of vacation, and more.

      Cons

      If I had to mention one downside, it would be the lack of profit-sharing or employee participation in company ownership. That said, the positive work environment and generous perks definitely make up for it.
