Pros

-Flexible schedule -Good compensation, benefits and retirement contributions -Lots of opportunities as they always hire from within first -Co-workers are very friendly - though half the time they are talking behind your back -Higher level management and HR are very approachable and interested in helping

Cons

-Entry level positions have a huge turn over rate - it is very hard to feel appreciated here. They will sing you praises all the time but... the road to hell is paved with good intentions -There isn't a lot of room to growth for entrepreneurial-minded people here. Every little step out of the box you want to take needs to meet several (silly) standards and it all takes so much effort that you just give up half way through it -It is amazing, how people get away with murder here -Some units are definitely more over worked than others. Some of it is because, in my opinion, not everybody pulls their own weight on daily tasks. There is a lot of "this is not on my job description therefore not my problem" minded people here

Pros

- Flexibility with hours - Great work/life balance - Okay benefits - DPSP plan - Really nice bosses

Cons

- High turn over rate - Younger workers always leave, company can't retain fresh meat - Older workers working for the company, not much diversity - Segregation of top management and employees are evident

Pros

Salary must be slightly higher than the average.

Cons

People don’t want to take vacation, if they take they will still work, as their work load is so much they can’t deal with. Overtime is a routine, and it won’t be paid (unpaid overtime). Toxic environment, they don’t care about people. Disorganized, can say extremely disorganized: after almost 2 years of pandemic they are still blaming the pandemic for not been organized, it goes from not being able to track office equipment (ex.: laptops), to not being able to train people properly.
