Some co workers are helpful
Cons
Absolute worst workculture. They will expect u to work 12 hour shifts everyday sometimes even in Sundays u have to come to work. No overtime bonus. Sometimes they will ask u to pull nightshift along with day shift and then again work next day dayshift.

Working time 6:30 to 10 Mismanagement, less transparency, unprofessionals, anytime they call you for the work, salary payment done after one month
