Great pay! Great clients, when you are able to sign them! Great vacation time, earn as you go! Lots of travel over Texas

Not a lot of training & support when needed. Continual change to program, no organization within structure of company.

Collaborative Team Environment: Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration among colleagues. Learning Opportunities: Exposure to different aspects of the interior solutions field, fostering professional growth. Client Interaction: Regular interaction with clients, enhancing customer service and communication skills. Workplace Culture: Friendly and supportive workplace culture.

Cons

Poor Management Communication: Lack of clear and effective communication from new management that was hired from outside of the company. Limited Career Advancement: Few opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Unorganized Leadership: Disorganized leadership leading to confusion and inefficiency. High-Stress Environment: Employee is blamed for frequent last-minute changes that are out of their control and given unrealistic deadlines. Low Employee Morale: Lack of recognition and rewards for hard work, resulting in low morale. High Turnover: High employee turnover rate due to dissatisfaction with the work environment combined with manager who have the attitude of you do the work and I do the deligation (Because she does not know how to do to the job) Micromanagement: Overbearing supervision leading to reduced autonomy and job satisfaction. Poor Work-Life Balance: Unpredictable schedules and expectations affecting personal time. You can come in early, work through lunch, and stay late and will still not be able to catch up Companyes Lack Of Financial Stability: This company has went through a bankruptcy in the past 3 years. They cannot pay for materials when they are needed and they wait until they get placed on notice to pay for the material because they are robbing Peter to pay Paul.
