Pros
I honestly can't think of anything anymore.
Cons
I've been with BH for a considerable amount of time, and the recent overhaul has left a sour taste. The centralization of positions and the lack of communication from higher-ups have created an atmosphere of confusion and frustration within the onsite team. We find ourselves sitting for hours on end, clueless about our roles and responsibilities, while our occupancy rates drop. It's disheartening that the blame seems to be placed squarely on our shoulders when, in reality, it's the result of BH's poorly executed changes. The management's lack of consideration for the onsite team's perspective is apparent, leaving us feeling undervalued and overlooked. It's demoralizing to witness the disregard for our expertise and the impact these decisions have on our daily work. BH needs to take a hard look at how these changes are affecting its employees. The disconnect between leadership and the onsite team is laughable, and it's time for the company to address the consequences of its actions on employee morale and overall performance. Not only are these centralized positions affecting our team, and our residents, but BH, you're affecting THE OWNERSHIP GROUPS! You are only spending their money, we're no longer proud to say we are making them money! As we navigate through this uncertain period, I hope BH reevaluates its approach to change and starts prioritizing transparent communication and collaboration between upper management and the ones who are making them their money.
