They don’t take care of their employees

It’s a job in a town with not a lot of jobs available.

Cons

Even though not a lot of jobs are available in the area, companies should still take care of their employees. $1000 a month for health insurance (for one person!) making $17/hour while trying to take care of their family is not sustainable. What’s worse is the owners make it sound like it’s such a good deal. They do not care about their employees, no matter how much they try to say they do.

Not many, worked there for several years. No raises, management has terrible communication.

Cons

If you're LDS, you will succeed and enjoy this company. If you're not LDS, you might as well not exist. Eventually you will get ousted for a under qualified BYU graduate.
