Lots of opportunity to learn and develop IT skills. Dave and Nate were great to work for. Coworkers were mostly great, there were a few bad apples, but what company doesn't have a couple?
Cons
Work life balance was a little out of wack, but not horrible. Pay was a little low when I started, but they implemented some real pay scales and things were starting to normalize. A lot of the technology was dated, and not enough effort was put forward to correct technical debt.
