Pros

It's downtown - at least it's on the subway line. The CTO is a cool guy (he's a British guy that tries hard to keep the circus from falling apart) that tries to help us other developers, but you get the feeling that he's not happy with this sisyphean task.

Cons

The offices are a very uninspiring cubicle farm, and there's an especially annoying constant sound of pigeons. The bathrooms are rotting and falling apart. Everyone is in permanent CYA mode, especially the number three - who walks around like he's in charge and makes his problems everyone else's problem. The pay is on the low side. Had to work lots of weekends and evenings.

Pros

Downtown office, on the subway line, had the opportunity to work on multiple mobile platforms and learn from experienced developers.

Cons

old equipment, sometimes left for days without work, no real interview process, no real company culture, cubical style layout left me feeling isolated, low balled on salary, no career advancement opportunities, condescending management. I actually walked out before my 90 days because I couldn't see myself working there. It was such a depressing work environment. I don't even put it on my resume.

Pros

Nothing could be positive. Only CTO is kind and smart.

Cons

The same as others said, bad smells, tiny rooms, old tables, cubicle workstations. I don't why the company can live that long, but it's really not a good place for work.
