- The workload isn't very high although it depends on the team you are in. - Extra payments for additional working hours - Friendly Working Environment - Exposure to a lot of customers and business use cases

Cons

- No strong technical seniors - HR people are very annoying and the hr rules themselves need a revise - The management is bad - The work itself isn't very challenging - Salaries are very low compared to the market

Good colleagues and helpful team. Flexiable working hours.

Cons

They use a very old tech. and not looking forward for any improvements. Manual Software testing. Lack of automation. Your learning curve will decline by time. Low Salaries Be careful when leaving the company they didn't gave me the last month salary.
