Ultimately disappointing experience for what I thought was the perfect company and role.

The overall culture and approach is interesting and helped to really add value to my personal approach to work.

Cons

Sadly, much was skin deep and unsupported. Assurances and ongoing support turned quickly to being abandoned. Leadership is fearful of the ownership and the top level is populated by long term unimaginative yes sayers.
