      None, friends of friends make out the non-management. No anagement on a local, African, level.

      Cons

      None, politics, politics, politics and continously management by fear. Manegement has got no clue. Marketing organisation not committed.

      good perks overall company benefits for more then 1 year employees vacations are good but after 3 year of service good medicial benfits good salay plans
