      Pros

      + work life balance (for several teams if you lucky enough) + competitive benefit compared with other private universities + some scholarship opportunities for your children

      Cons

      - slow personal skill development - prone to office politics - bad performance tracking - bad benefit compared to other industries - average skill of graduates is not good, student grading system is a flop - imbalance quantity for students and good lecturer, there are high chances students will be served by poor lecturer

      Pros

      The work environment is amazing, you can call it your second home. The employees are very lovely because the culture is made by the leaders. The leaders are very humble, they never doubt to talk or discuss directly with the staffs even the part timers. Binus University is a family company and run by a really great rector, the vision and mission are very clear, that's what made them grow faster than the other private university. Binus won an award as the most caring company, and it's true in real life. The insurance package is good, the HR is very helpful.

      Cons

      Well, there's nothing perfect in this world. Behind all the goodness that Binus got, you have to accept that you won't make much in this company. They give you enough, just enough. If you are eager to make a lot, I think you might pass this company. But, if you are a starter or a fresh graduate, or, if you're an employee who seek for comfort and plan to serve the company for years, Binus is a right place for you. Last but not least, Binus is popular for its aggressive sales, and it's true. So, if you're getting into the marketing of Binus, get ready to roll up your sleeve ;)

      Office politics in binus university, specifically in JWC branch.

      Pros

      Previously BINUS business school has a good management and leader. but eventually, when a group of people come and start a bad culture, the office politics create bad atmosphere in this branch.

      Cons

      bad habit from several people can create a bad habit in organizations. in JWC branch, the office politics is like a cancer that will kill the organization eventually.
