Challenging work, competitive salary & healthcare benefits, remote work 4 days/week, opportunities for broad exposure to many projects and technologies, workloads are not unreasonable, loyal employer
Cons
More communication from executives would be beneficial, especially around upcoming cross-team/company-wide initiatives.
I've been here for years and genuinely look forward to work every day. The culture is collaborative and people-first — I consistently feel heard, valued, and trusted to do my job without being micromanaged. My contributions feel meaningful, and there's a real sense of team across the organization. Leadership is super approachable, which I really value.
The culture is strong enough that it self-selects — people who aren't a good fit or who come here to coast don't last, and that's a positive in my view.
Cons
If you need a lot of hand-holding or a slow pace, this probably isn't the right fit for you. The environment is fast and autonomous, which I love, but be ready to keep up.
