BiOWiSH can be an exciting company to work for. Many great people on the team around the globe. Their technology really works and has the potential to make a big impact. As a small company, you may have the opportunity to do many different things. Generally flexible and good work life balance, IF AND ONLY IF, you have a good manager.
Cons
Changes desperately need to be made in upper management. As other reviewers have accurately stated, there are a couple people who have held key positions for a very long time, yet fail to deliver year after year... inept leadership capabilities, micromanagement and narcissistic tendencies. This is what leads to high turnover. If you're not part of their good ol' boys club - the enablers of these toxic individuals -you will be pushed out of decision making roles and basically be invisible, allowing no opportunity for growth. Low pay and no raises for years, except for a few at the top who are overpaid.
