Pros

They hire people fast because they have a revolving door, so in a pinch...

Cons

The most screwed up place I have ever worked. A bunch of amatures who couldn't figure their way out of a paper bag...but please don't suggest how to do so, they will tell you you are wrong!

Pros

No pros of working here.

Cons

Everything BIR Training Center hired several illegal (unauthorized) students/employees and they worked there for years. Treated their employees with zero respect. Very high turnover. Paid bonuses tied to admissions (paid out bonuses on the number of students enrolled) which no other school does. The school accepts anyone as long as they make payment, no need to show proof of status for international students. No ethics whatsoever. This is a place for those looking to stay longer in US. Many international students with college degrees and higher education go here so they can stay in US longer. Admission counselors claim they are learning English when filling out paperwork that is sent to the government for review. Many employees who were honest and good employees were fired. Management was unethical in their dealings and treatment of employees, some employees were treated better than others (some people would get time off, others were denied). Very bad environment overall and no stability. Avoid this school to study or work here. You will regret this. They have been in trouble with the government several times and were almost closed down.

Pros

Diverse group of employees that are committed to delivering great service to their students.

Cons

Management is filled with family and friends, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But several lack competency for their role.
