      Pros

      Loved working with the population and there were some co-workers who were really invested in providing the utmost care.

      Cons

      Not everyone has the same dedication or work ethic. It is not helped by low wages either, but this is a common issue in the field.

      Cons

      worked myself to death and did not get overtime for it. They pin staff against each other and fire you at the say so of other staff. Would not recommend them to any one.

      It’s unfortunate to hear that you had an unpleasant personal experience with us. We provide multiple opportunities for overtime and pay out overtime for all of our hourly employee according to the state and federal regulations. We also provide opportunities to encourage OT such as raffles and giveaways (just this year we gave raffled off a car for picking up extra shifts!) We take work complaints seriously and are obligated to objectively investigate reports when they are received.

      I thoroughly enjoy my time working at B.I.S The supportive team environment, challenging projects, and opportunities for growth made it a truly fulfilling experience. I appreciated the open communication with management and the emphasis on work-life balance. Overall, I would highly recommend B.I.S to anyone looking for a dynamic and rewarding workplace.
