The executives were extremely difficult to work for. One was yelling in the office on almost a daily basis, and another constantly presented an attitude of being totally disinterested in anything anyone else had to say.
Please don't be fooled by Leigh's efforts to respond to negative reviews, most of what he said is false, especially the part about employees being dismissed after given opportunities to improve. At least one employee received a positive performance review shortly before being terminated with absolutely no warning. Executives explored every avenue to cut costs at the expense of the staff, but never their own.
I also witnessed clients being made fun of often, and former employees were vilified. Bonuses were promised and then never delivered. The executives drank in the office during work hours to the point where one would wonder about a serious drinking problem. There is no sense of work/life balance at all.
You cannot be a sensitive person and be successful here. You will be yelled at, talked down to, and disrespected, especially if you are female and/or not white. The staff is diverse, but women and minorities are paid less compared to others in the same department and are pretty much only hired so the executives can claim how diverse the staff is.
