There is quite a lot to learn for someone who is starting in fintech, both on the functional and technical sides. A lot of the people are pleasant and easy to work with.
Cons
There is a general lack of useful documentation on the intricacies of the software. The implementation process is not as standardized as I expected for a company which is 15+ year in the market. The jargon is quite inconsistent and often confusing. I am not thrilled with the management style (or rather the lack thereof).
