Pros
The entire team at BIZCOR is incredibly friendly and helpful. Working here is gaining another family. I can honestly not say one bad thing about the people or the culture. 10/10!
Cons
Although the people and culture are outstanding, BIZCOR does lack in pay and, in my opinion, growth. Unfortunately, I felt they could not fairly compensate compared to other companies in the area. It's a great place to begin your career, but the lack of pay will eventually force you to move on. I also felt as though there wasn't much opportunity for growth. Felt stagnant. Again, a great place to begin your career but depending on your position, may not be a place you spend your career at.
