The owner does not speak to anyone asides from the COO. Sales department is not a team yet a group of old men whom are stuck in their ways. COO is mentally abusive and should not be the companies HR person. If you're on time then you are considered late. If you take a job here plan to be 30 minutes early everyday. Have no personal life. Do not ever call in sick or plan a vacation as she will make you feel extremely guilty about it and will resent you. If you do go on vacation expect her to be contact you during that time. An employee had surgery and the COO still made her come into work before her doctor advised.

The COO is horribly unprofessional, extremely manipulative, creates a stressful environment, talks too much about her personal life as well as fellow employees lives. She should not be HR and COO. She micro manages and expects her employees, who work directly under her, to communicate with her before and after normal business hours. Work/Life balance is not respected. She creates an enormous divide between the sales team, admin team and production team. The President was aware of these complaints regarding the COO, but did not take any action to make positive changes within the company.
