It was bad when I came and even worse when I left. The management doesn't seem to know how to run the business in a polite and professional manner. They pretend to be understandable but there's no honesty in that, sooner or later it will be used against you as they don't trust their employees. The senior management is very disrespectful towards employees, using fear of loosing a job as well as high voice (yelling) comments toward employees while everyone's watching. On the other hand they fear of loosing employees who are horrible towards their coworkers and create toxic environment only because no one else would do the job. Office employees, even though their title, do things outside of their position's responsibilities so no one actually knows what they should be doing. Big chaos.

High pressure work environment. Pressure to work overtime unpaid. Management changed and manager screaming to employees became common. No perks. High turnover. Limited opportunity for flexible working. Micromanagement.
