      As I hit my 10 year anniversary, I want to celebrate my firm and the leadership under Matt Kovacs - who is fair, pragmatic, always has his chin up and backs his staff, while hustling just as hard as everyone else. The president and CEO lead by example. Leadership cares for the work-life balance and supports team members through life milestones. The new and longtime team members are a joy to work with. Though I have been in the industry for a while, I continue to learn from my co-workers.
