      Good treat, flexible schedules and mainly nice people to work with. You could go up from the logistic base level to get higher position, and they encourage you to.

      Cons

      As I said, mainly. There were people who thought more than you because of the age and put some language barriers themselves even you spoke german (as a non-german person).
