Connections. That's about it unfortunately.
Cons
The lack of structure. There is no rhyme or reason behind the operation. It's simply doing for the sake of doing. You will be expected to go above and beyond for the company with little in return from leadership. Lack of sick days, only 10 days of PTO. You will be thrown into the work with no support.

The people are great, hardworking, friendly and fun
Cons
The structure is chaotic and the lack of sick days is almost criminal. There's kind of a "tech bro" culture with "work hard, play hard" replacing work-life balance.
