      Great idea, terrible culture impedes execution

      Pros

      The business idea is great and everyone is initially excited to be a part of it.

      Cons

      Once you’re there a little while you realize you made a huge mistake. The idea is window dressing, because the core values and discipline needed to execute are totally absent, making the ultimate goal unattainable. I think the company will perpetually exist in a state of missing its objectives.
