Pros
Great training, excellent resources, Taco Fridays, Excellent Coffee provided. Very entrepreneurial environment. Adequate guidance from management, no micro-managing.
Cons
Hard to come up with cons. I am bothered that my cell phone cuts out in the parking garage. If I am on the phone with a client, I either cannot leave the office or have to wait until I am out of the parking garage to call back. My desk phone could use an update.

Great people and very enjoyable. You learn a lot about commercial real estate and they provide great help.
Cons
It can get slow at times if clients are on vacation and can't reach them
