Pros

The people. It truly feels like a family. Lots of leavers come back because the culture is so good. Dubbed 'BMF Boomerangs'. You'll only be rewarded for how well-liked you are, not how good you are at your job.

Cons

The pay. Starting salaries are low, promotions are there but very disingenuous (eg moving from Account Exec to Senior Account Exec, instead of Account Manager - even though you do all the work of an Account Manager). Bonuses and payrises barely cover inflation.

- Very poor leadership and management - Stronger strategy aligned to technolgy trends required - Below average pay and hardly anyone received pay rises for years - Long hours/lots of over time - Catty/negative environment and silo'd
