      Good, promising fintech startup

      Pros

      Nice working environment in the heart of London. Extremely good and professional personnel you can learn a lot from. Both CTO and CEO are excellent and joy to work with.

      Cons

      With former CTO company really struggled to organise itself. New CTO helped solve the mess. Sometimes some of the managers tend to micromanage, but that is now in the past.

Experienced developers has been a real focal point of growth, having recently hired another 2 developers in the last month and a substantial pipeline of interviews I hope you feel this area is being covered and noticed.

      Pros

      Sound business plan and good funding situation for the near future. Technical team with high standards, low blather and a collaborative spirit. Overall good working environment despite it being a startup.

      Cons

      Young company and a lot remains to be done.

      Delusions of Avarice

      Pros

      Productive workforce, keen to work and to learn. The new chief technology officer is highly knowledgeable.

      Cons

      I was hired to be a sports data scientist, after being told to do documentation for many weeks I decided to leave. I do not like owner at all.

As we have only ever hired one sports data scientist, i'm fully aware of this situation. I'm sorry you felt that this position was not as discussed and due to the nature of it being a new position did not fulfil what we all hoped of the role.
