      It is like our country... TOO MUCH POLITICS... no motivation & THEY PAY YOU IN PENNIES..... (RISK Department)

      1. You can use high speed internet all day long and do whatever you want on your system.

      Cons

      1. No motivation 2. Least salary 3.Enough politics 4.Poor management 5.Least bothered Team leaders and managers 6.High discrimination between the departments 7.Lack of holidays (if you want a day's leave or a half day; you have to beg and still they won't give it to you) 8.Poor infrastructure 9.High level of discrimination between same level of employees (the upper management referred one is more preferred) 10.No time limits 11.Saturday is working day (Not on books) 12.Your work and effort are not cheered. 13.Un necessary peer pressure created by the team leaders. 14. Its endless.........

      Environment is Good to work You will learn a lot in little span of time

      Cons

      Salary is so low for third party payroll employees Management is highly partial for BMR employees and the off-roll ones There is no way an employee will get incentives in accordance to their hard work, Moreover, there is no one who willlisten to and solve your problems
