Given the same monotonous, pointless, worthless task to do day in day out forever. Absolutely worthless work and tasks. Write documents for documents for documents, all of which will never be read, used or followed. Utterly soul destroying.

The company is a rudderless ship that has a few leaks Senior Leadership promote based on friendship rather than competence Staff are either overloaded with work or have nothing to do Very little diversity in Senior Leadership Team, having a female CEO seems to give them a free pass to fill all other senior roles with white middle aged men The graduate scheme is a joke
