1yThank you for sharing your perspective. While we welcome feedback, both positive and negative, we feel it’s important to correct several factual inaccuracies in this review.
We acknowledge that the recent redundancy programme has been difficult for some. However, it affected a small number of employees across a workforce of over 1,300. Decisions were made following a careful and structured process, with support provided to those impacted. These changes were necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability of the business and reflect shifts in market demand.
Claims regarding financial mismanagement, such as late supplier payments, are entirely inaccurate. BMT maintains strong financial discipline and has consistently met its supplier obligations.
Allegations about abusive leadership behaviour are taken extremely seriously. We have clear, confidential channels for raising concerns, and we act decisively where any inappropriate conduct is substantiated.
We remain committed to a culture of respect, inclusion, and support. As a company, we are proud of our people and their contributions, and we continue to invest in our teams and workplace culture.
