Pros

The BMW brand carries strong recognition, which naturally draws customer interest.

Cons

• Terminated after 2 weeks, still in training, with zero constructive feedback. • The reason given? “Lack of enthusiasm” — on the same day they confirmed the transfer of my OMVIC license, which I paid for out of my own pocket. • Let go one hour before my sale was finalized, losing a commission I had fully earned on a deal I built from scratch — converting a Mercedes customer who had never owned a BMW through consistent follow-up and relationship building. • Colleagues with no active OMVIC and no sales remained employed. Performance is clearly not the standard here. • The sales floor is toxic — constant fighting over clients, favoritism with shifts

Pros

No pros whatsoever, horrible place.

Cons

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership, entirely due to the incompetence and lack of professionalism from upper management. The General Manager struggles to hold on to his last remaining braincell and lacks the necessary leadership skills to run an effective operation. Instead of addressing issues directly and taking accountability when problems arise, they deflect responsibility and hide behind the frontline staff. The BDC manager is completely incapable of running an organized team. Underperforming employees are constantly coddled rather than held accountable, leading to a toxic, inefficient work environment and a terrible customer experience. It is clear that the management team has zero respect for their workforce. The hardworking, everyday employees deserve a much better working environment than what is provided by these exploitative managers. This is by far the most unprofessional team I have ever encountered. I strongly advise avoiding this dealership until they completely overhaul their leadership structure.
