the ceo doesn't know what goes around. you can do whatever you want since he's not in the office most of the time
Cons
waste of time, you never get paid on time. every time you need to check it since its always "wrong by mistake"

the managment level are good but they all stuck with the owner that doesnt know what he does
Cons
the owner, doesnt pay on time. trying to go around and no one know what he wants. he's pretty clueless and they company will go bankruptcy
