Nice place to work, available people, quite good payment.
Cons
Huge difficulties to have a career for young people (too many internship too few hiring, temporary contract and apprentiship are largely used). Old employees are too expensive and too less productive. Still hostage of ministerial culture. Low usage of foreign language.
