      There are no pros to working here!!!

      Cons

      They change there business name from Alta Vista Group to Bold Mark because of reviews. Bait and switch positions. I applied for an Events and sales position and was hired to do door to door for Verizon. They also said that I would be getting a base pay plus commission. That was a lie. It was straight commission. It was a waste of time. They try to pump up the position by saying that you can become a manager in a year. I doubt anybody stays that long. Stay clear of this place.

      Amazing management

      Pros

      From day 1 they showed more of an interest in my growth as well as my learning. I was and am never left to my own to figure things out. They really have shown that they care. I have worked many different industries trying to find that one great place that has a health balance of hardworking and fun. I wanted a place I could wake up excited to go to, I believe I have finally found that balance. Thank you guys.

      Parking is a bit tricky and I can't stop going to Whole Foods.

      Pros

      Fun positive environment. I like the work, helps me stay fit, helps me be more confident in my self, I get to travel here and there. The people generally care of your success.

      Cons

      No help on parking which helps me be on time anyways cause if you show up early Parkin won’t be a issue.
