Pros

Good commission and bonus structure, paid weekly.

Cons

No benefits of any kind. 40 hours of vacation, no sick or personal days. Very low hourly to start, once you're salary it's basically an increased hourly rate(not much). Umbrella management style with no one on one's. Everyone is managed as a group(top performers w/ low performers). Micromanagement and lots of top down pressure and stress. Very high turnover.

Pros

They give plenty of training to help you suceed. I moved to Dallas from Pittsburgh for a job with the company, I brought a ton of skill into the company and I think I taught them a few things, but the CEO is s very dynamic man. The smartest boss I have ever had, a very passionate man that just expects you to earn your keep. I loved the job and I appreciate time I spent learning from the CEO, Thank You!

Cons

The Asst. VPs Will step on your toes and take sales that you laid the foundation for, That is why I quit.

Pros

This is the company I am building a career with. A fun and friendly work atmosphere. The management staff really wants to help the rep succeed.

Cons

Offering health insurance for employees would be great, but that will come as they grow.
