Developer rates are good Good people, always a pleasure to meet them in a virtual or physical place Full remote positions

Cons

Not everybody has the right tech and soft skills, you can count with your own hands how many people have the right skills. Consultants are invading the teams. Managers tend to hire with no limit, destroying the culture and destabilizing the teams changing the people every 2 months

Inclusive company culture, always looking to innovate, flexible/remote working hours. Good equipment.

Cons

Product is not a fit for new markets, especially SaaS - find the need and the pain first and then work to build a more solid product that's sellable.
